APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Before you apply, please make sure you have all of the following information on hand:

  1. Your Social Security Number

  2. Your Drivers license Number

  3. Your Bank Account and Routing Number

  4. Your Correct Annual Income*

  5. Your E-Mail Address

  6. Four personal References - Name, Address and Phone Number (Contact Purposes Only)**

  7. Your Employment Start Date

  8. Name Must Match Name on Pay Stub

* Please verify your income with your HR Department                  

**References will NOT be contacted for loan purposes.

After submitting application, your employment must be verified by your Human Resources Department. This may take a few hours. Please check back on our HOME page and click the "Sign Loan Documents" Button to sign documents and have your loan funded.
